Was intrigued by an advertisement
placed in the White Bear Press and decided to check out your web site.
My
husband John and I were fortunate to have had a home built in White Bear Township (near Hugo) in 1987. We were introduced
to your father through one of his sub-contractors – Paul Miron - a cousin of mine who did the rough-in work for your
father. We were amazed by the quality of work that was done on the structure. Many people can’t see what
goes into a building so are unaware of differences in quality. Unfortunately, we were only in our home for 3 ½
years before we had to move out of state. We have had two other homes built since then, one that matched Valley Custom
Homes quality and our present home that has been our biggest disappointment due to lack of quality and extremely poor management.
We reconnected with your father before he retired and had hoped he would build a home for us on Cedar Lake in 1999-2000, however,
due to illness in my family our lives took on a different course and we will continue to live in our home in White Bear for
another 8 years as we now raise our nephews, ages 12 and 10 who lost both their parents to cancer 3 years ago.
Wishing you continued success in your business. I hope that some
in Hugo utilize your expertise in rebuilding their home. If you are following your father’s lead for quality workmanship
and service – you are providing families the best in building their home.
